Are you needing to talk to someone about how you are feeling, or do you want to find out ways to help you to cope with your health and wellbeing? Many clients I work with find themselves feeling low, anxious, worry a lot, may have panic attacks, find it hard to cope with work, life or relationships, or they may be struggling with flashbacks and nightmares about things from their past, or they feeling stressed, and have low self-esteem. That is where I come in to help you to understand the reasons behind your health behaviours, and to encourage you to make positive changes for yourself by working towards your goals.


As a health psychologist specialising in various chronic conditions, I integrate my training as a Trainee CBT therapist into our sessions. Through comprehensive assessments, we'll explore potential behavioural changes to effectively manage these conditions. I'll guide you in understanding the relationship between your physical and psychological health.


Living with mental and physical health conditions can be challenging and can have an impact on your daily life. If you're feeling overwhelmed or unsure of how to manage these conditions, know that you're not alone and this is the first step in the right direction. I offer a free introductory session for you to ask questions and get to know me.

 

Fees:     

Lauren charges £75 per session for self-funding clients. Please contact us for details of fees for employers and organisations.
